1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- The following items are not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items with obvious signs of use or intentional damage
- Products that cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate items, consumables, etc. – specify if applicable)
2. Return Process
- Please contact us via email at [tjw@zhishangtrading.com] with your order number and return reason (if no reason, simply state “7-day return”).
- Once confirmed, our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Please ship the item back within 7 days after receiving instructions, and keep the tracking number for reference.
3. Refund Instructions
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping Fee Policy:
- For no-reason returns: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For returns due to product defects or wrong items shipped: we will cover the return shipping costs.
