Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at [Jade&Bloom]! We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  3. The following items are not eligible for 7-day no-reason returns:
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items with obvious signs of use or intentional damage
    • Products that cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate items, consumables, etc. – specify if applicable)

2. Return Process

  1. Please contact us via email at [tjw@zhishangtrading.com] with your order number and return reason (if no reason, simply state “7-day return”).
  2. Once confirmed, our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Please ship the item back within 7 days after receiving instructions, and keep the tracking number for reference.

3. Refund Instructions

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fee Policy:
    • For no-reason returns: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • For returns due to product defects or wrong items shipped: we will cover the return shipping costs.
